The Aurora Rolling Series is a modular indoor LED display that rolls up for transport and clicks together on site. It mounts to floors, ceilings and walls, wraps around columns, and powers interactive activations — without the rigging time, freight cost or maintenance burden of conventional cabinets.
Each module is just 16.5 mm deep and weighs 550 g, formed from magnesium alloy and connected by flexible FPC cabling. A single one-square-metre unit ships in a flight case 600 × 350 mm — and eight square metres of screen fits in a case smaller than a check-in bag.
Six pixel pitches cover the indoor range from 1.25 mm fine-pitch retail walls to 3.91 mm experiential floors. Front service means every panel can be replaced from the viewing side without disassembly. The interactive variant adds touch-and-step responsiveness for retail, museum and event applications.

Every Rolling Series panel is built around three connection points — FPC for signal, a locking power connector for current, and an interactive controller for touch and motion input. Front access means replacements happen in seconds, not hours.
Flexible printed-circuit ribbon carries data panel-to-panel with zero ingress points. Tool-free coupling.
DC 24 V / 26 V keyed coupling rated for repeated mate cycles — designed for daily rigging.
Onboard touch / step-sensing PCB on every panel. Plug-and-play interactivity, no external sensor layer.
Replace any module from the viewing side. The screen stays where it is.

A precision-extruded magnesium-alloy chassis carries the LED module, driver board and FPC connector in a 500 × 62.5 mm footprint just 16.5 mm deep — light enough to install above-head, rigid enough to walk on.
The same panel goes anywhere. Wrap it around a column, lay it across a stage, hang it from a truss, or build a tunnel walkthrough — Aurora Rolling supports every orientation without custom hardware.

The Rolling Series rigging kit ships with hanging bars, joint bars and fast-connection clips designed for repeated install-and-strike cycles. No custom brackets, no third-party hardware — pull from the case, click together, hoist.
Top-of-screen suspension bar with rated shackle points. Mates with standard wire or chain hoist.
Mid-screen tensioning bar links adjacent panel columns and prevents lateral sway during transitions.
Quarter-turn locking clip joins Unit A to Unit B in under five seconds. Tool-free, repeatable, audible click.

Because the panels roll, the freight footprint is a fraction of a conventional cabinet system. Save shipping volume on the way in, save on labour at strike — and ship the same kit to the next venue without repacking.

Six pixel-pitch variants share a common module footprint, mounting hardware and rigging kit — so a 1.25 mm fine-pitch wall and a 3.91 mm event floor install the same way. Aurora model codes follow the LDC500[pitch]SFP-ROLL-V naming pattern.

Aurora Rolling has been deployed across automotive activations, retail launches and outdoor demonstration walls. The same kit goes from a flagship car-reveal floor in the morning to a curved column wrap that evening.
Build it in Aurora ScreenBuilder, generate a structural frame in FrameBuilder, and download installation drawings, quote and 3D model from one workflow.
