Stadiums & sporting venues
Scoreboards, perimeter displays and concourse signage for high-brightness, high-refresh environments.
Aurora Displays designs, manufactures and delivers large-format LED solutions for stadiums, broadcasters, retailers and integrators worldwide. Every screen we ship is backed by a proprietary AI platform that automates configuration, quoting, visualisation and project delivery — so your team gets pixel-perfect results without the guesswork.
"From stadium scoreboards to flagship retail walls, Aurora turns complex LED projects into confident decisions."
For two decades, large-format LED has been judged on three things: pixel quality, project delivery and price transparency. The industry mostly delivers the first. Aurora was built to deliver all three — and to make every step from first enquiry to commissioning visible to the people who pay for it.
We are an LED company that thinks like a software company: every screen is configured, quoted, visualised and tracked through a single platform we built ourselves. The result is faster decisions, clearer pricing, and installations that match what was promised.
Aurora's roots in the LED industry go back more than 22 years. In that time we've watched the technology mature from a niche specialty into the dominant medium for large-format visual display — and we've grown alongside it, deliberately and at every level of the supply chain.
Through all of it, one frustration kept coming back. The industry still relied on spreadsheets, manual calculations and drawn-out back-and-forth between suppliers, integrators and end clients. Projects stalled. Pricing was opaque. Visualising the finished product meant trusting a flat render and hoping for the best.
Aurora was founded to change that — to build an LED company where a client can configure a screen, see it rendered in 3D on their actual site, receive an accurate quote, and move to production in a fraction of the time the industry accepted as normal. Two decades of manufacturing experience is what makes that promise deliverable, not just marketable.
"We believed the LED industry deserved better tools — and the clients who depend on it deserved a better experience."
TIMELINE · MANUFACTURING ARC
We began producing LED product through a Chinese factory partnership — learning cabinet engineering, module sourcing and quality control from the inside, not from a distributor's catalogue.
Four years in, we partnered to jointly design a new factory facility — shaping production lines, QA processes and the product roadmap around what our customers actually needed, not just what was easy to build.
As demand grew internationally, we moved into a distribution and export model with on-the-ground local representation — so clients dealing with us anywhere in the world had a real point of contact, not an offshore email address.
That long arc has brought us to where we are now: a fully-fledged Chinese LED manufacturer operating as Aurora Displays CN, with end-to-end control of design, production, QA and supply.
Aurora operates across Australia and New Zealand, with our engineering and design headquarters based in Australia and additional engineering capability on the ground in China. That footprint lets us oversee product development, quality assurance and platform innovation in‑house — maintaining the rigour that comes with owning every step of the process, from driver IC selection through to final commissioning on site.
We support multi-regional pricing across Australian and international markets, with dedicated export workflows, localised currency and tax handling, and logistics that scale from a single retail display to a multi-venue rollout. Whether you are an integrator in Sydney or a broadcast facility in Southeast Asia, you work with the same standards and the same platform.

Behind every Aurora project is our Business Operating System — a proprietary platform that connects configuration, pricing, visualisation, production and delivery into one intelligent workflow.
ScreenBuilder lets you configure LED arrays down to the cabinet, select processors and generate detailed quotes in minutes. Multi-screen layouts, double-sided configurations and scope-of-works documentation are handled automatically.
Our 3D engine renders your screen in a photorealistic studio or maps it onto your actual site using real-world terrain data. You approve what you can see — pitch, yaw, roll, brightness and live content all dialled in before a single cabinet ships.
Automated PDF exports with full line-item detail — no hidden margins, no waiting for someone to "get back to you". Dealer buy pricing, freight, accessories, spares, trim, processor and project services are itemised in real time.
Voice and chat agents trained on Aurora's catalogue and project history answer technical questions and surface relevant past projects instantly. Ask about a processor, a pixel pitch or a past install — get a direct, sourced recommendation, not a brochure.
CRM, warehouse management, production tracking and supplier coordination keep every stakeholder aligned from first enquiry to installation. One source of truth across stock, bins, picking, dispatch and discrepancies — synced live with the rest of the platform.
"Our clients don't just buy a screen. They get a platform that makes every decision faster and more confident."

Aurora is built by hardware engineers, software developers, creative technologists, project managers and on-the-ground installation specialists — people as comfortable debugging a rendering pipeline as commissioning a scoreboard on a stadium gantry.
Our leadership team brings deep experience across LED manufacturing, enterprise software and large-scale AV integration. They set the standard for the work we deliver and remain closely involved in the projects that carry our name.
"We hire people who want to build things that work — and who take it personally when they do not."
Better screens, lighter footprint. Aurora's LUX and V‑SPEC ranges are built around common‑cathode LED architecture, which delivers each colour channel its own optimised drive voltage instead of wasting headroom as heat.
Typical reduction in cabinet power draw versus equivalent 5V common-anode LED displays at the same brightness.
Peak savings on high-brightness outdoor builds (LUX-L, V-SPEC outdoor) where heat losses are largest.
Lower operating temperature reduces HVAC load and extends LED lifespan in the field.
Source: common-cathode driver IC technical documentation (Macroblock) and Aurora's own LUX / V-SPEC engineering data. Figures are typical for like-for-like brightness, pixel pitch and content.
High brightness at low power draw, reducing operating cost over the lifetime of every install.
Modular cabinets — replace individual components in the field without discarding panels.
Precision tooling and automated QC minimise scrap.
Materials and construction methods chosen to support responsible end-of-life.
Vetted suppliers with visibility across component sourcing.
What you can count on — every project, every time.
Modular design and field-serviceable components that protect your investment.
Line-item quotes in minutes, no hidden costs.
Direct access to the engineers who know your installation.
A platform that automates the tedious so your team focuses on what matters.
One screen or one hundred, without losing accuracy.
A structured, trackable process from configuration to commissioning.
