The AU team handles everything from initial customer specifications through structural and electrical engineering, project management, commissioning and ongoing warranty service. We also develop the in-house software platform — Builder Series — that underpins how we design and deliver screens.
We are a lean team. Roles here carry genuine responsibility from day one. You work directly with the people running the business — not through layers of middle management.

We say nits, not lumens. We disclose the onshore/offshore split in plain language. The same standard applies internally — we prefer accurate hard conversations over comfortable approximations.
LED screens run for a decade in the field. We engineer them — and our processes — accordingly. Shortcuts that reduce a delivery timeline but create a warranty headache two years later are not acceptable.
We are a growth-stage company. The people here now are shaping the systems, processes and culture that the next wave of hires will inherit. That is a responsibility we take seriously.

Our head office is in Marleston, SA. The core engineering and project team is Australia-based, working in Australian time zones — no split-shift arrangements or overnight calls as the default.
You will work directly with the people making decisions. There is no corporate hierarchy between you and the people running projects, developing product or managing client relationships.
We do not generalise as a competitive strategy. We go deep on LED technology, engineering codes, control systems and software. Curiosity and technical rigour are valued more than title.
We are building the processes and systems as we grow. That means genuine ownership and visible impact — and also some rough edges that you may be the person who fixes.
Working at Aurora Signage means regular collaboration with the Aurora Displays team in China and the HK trading office. International projects, manufacturing oversight and cross-border coordination are part of the work.
LED display projects run for months from first brief to commissioning. The satisfaction is in seeing a complex screen wall on a stadium or landmark building — and knowing exactly how it got there.
