Aurora Signage
Our AI agent team

Software teammates that never go offline.

Aurora builds its own AI agents — purpose-built for LED workflows the off-the-shelf tools don't understand. Some are public, some power our trade channel, and some run quietly behind the scenes.

Matt

Public
LED Solutions Specialist — Sales

Public chat + voice. Helps customers size and spec an LED screen — pixel pitch, viewing distance, indoor vs outdoor, budget — and hands a structured brief to the Aurora team. Inside the in-app feedback widget Matt also doubles as the bug- and feature-request intake, logging items straight to the dev team.

Aurora

Public
Front-Desk Concierge — General

Public chat + voice. The friendly first voice on the website: company, product and FAQ answers, and warm hand-offs to Matt for sales, Fox for service or DataSage for staff data questions. Distinct from Fox — Aurora is reception, Fox is engineering.

Fox

Public
LED Service & Support — Engineering

Public chat (staff voice only). Post-sale troubleshooting, service tickets and install history. Walks installers, integrators and venue operators through commissioning, processor setup and scoreboard configuration; escalates to a human when needed.

DataSage

Internal
Business Intelligence Analyst — Data

Staff-only chat + voice. Pulls answers from spreadsheets, CRM, quote analytics and stock — plus ad-hoc Excel uploads. Tool packs cover product-catalogue edits, supplier user lookups and storage cleanup recommendations.

Personal Assistant

Internal
Staff Productivity Concierge

Staff-only voice. Daily briefings, email drafts and calendar/Outlook lookups for the Aurora team — the productivity layer that keeps the office moving.

Excel Agent

Internal
Spreadsheet Specialist — Data

Staff-only chat. Multi-file xlsx/csv analysis, side-by-side comparisons and quality checks across uploaded workbooks — the deep-dive companion to DataSage.

Why we build our own

The LED industry doesn't have these tools yet — so we ship them ourselves.

Generic chatbots can't tell you whether a P1.8 wall will pixelate at four metres. Generic project tools don't understand that a missing receiving card stops a six-figure install dead. Aurora's agents are trained on the cabinets, calibration data and field-service playbooks we've built over a decade.
